Happy Halloween and an Extended Deadline
Deadline for Submissions to 'The Rialto Books Review' Extended to November 25th
Happy Halloween from all of us at The Ha’penny Papers! We hope you are enjoying being terrified out of your wits by horror movies, or at least carving pumpkins and eating enough sugar to make Gargantua look pale.
We are celebrating Halloween by doing all of the above; but we are also extending our deadline for submissions the January issue of our print journal, The Rialto Books Review! The new deadline will be November 25th at midnight. We accept prose, formal poetry, and dramatic excerpts, and have an eclectic interest in good writing and good stories. Prose writers can expect to receive $200 per accepted piece, while playwrights receive $150 per dramatic excerpt, and poets receive a minimum of $30 per poem. Our submission guidelines may be found here.
We look forward to reading your work. In the meantime, go forth and fright!
